FIFA 15 Messi

The Upcoming Releases: FIFA 15

Available on: PS3/PS4/Xbox360/XboxOne/PC

Another year another FIFA. But what does this years iteration bring to the field?

You’ve all played the demo by now I’m sure. It features a number of gameplay improvements but here is a close look at the new additions to FIFA’s most popular game modes.

Ultimate Team Mode

The highly addictive mode in which you collect and trade players to make your ultimate team.

An interesting new feature in Ultimate Team this year is Concept Squads. It allows you to plan your future squad using the full FUT player catalogue. It means you plan out your next purchase and even test out potential team chemistry to find the perfect squad.

There is also a new friendly seasons mode, which allows you to play against friends with your ultimate team in the popular seasons format seen in previous games. As always everyone’s stats are tracked, so you can forever have bragging rights against your friends and prove that you’re the best (or the worst).

Another interesting addition to Ultimate Team is that you are now able to loan players. This gives you the opportunity to give your team an extra boost with sought after players you wouldn’t be able to get straight away.

Career Mode

Career Mode has always been a popular feature in Fifa and a staple of the series. It always undergoes a few changes each year, and FIFA 15 is looking more refined than ever before.

Player growth will be far more realistic in the sense that players will improve their skills the better they play and the more they play. Older players skills will not decline quite so rapidly and will not retire at 30 as they have been known to do in previous career modes. Up and coming players will be ready for first team play much quicker, so now if you find a wonder kid and sign him his growth will increase quicker.

To further add to realism career mode will now feature a much more in depth analysis into players and teams as the league progresses creating a much more in depth and personal approach so it will feel much more that will allow for your very own premier league drama.

And to top it FIFA 15 features an all new team management system which allows you to tailor make up to six team sheets for your club. This allows you to set custom tactics and individual player instructions so you can alter your strategy on the fly depending on your next opponent.

If that all interests you than here are the different versions of FIFA available to purchase on Friday.
